Mindful Yoga for Stress Reduction: Renew Your Body, Mind & Spirit

WHEN: 7 PM-8:30 PM on the following Tuesdays: 9/10/19, 9/17/19, 9/24/19, 10/1/19, 10/8/19, 10/15/19.

WHERE: 1 Broadway, Suite #2, Denville, NJ

COST: $150 for a six-week session. Limited slots available. No refunds.

WORKSHOP LEADER: Penny Prosperi, LCSW, LCADC, and certified hatha yoga and meditation teacher with 16+ years of yoga and meditation teaching experience.

This 6-week program helps you relax and unwind from your daily routine. Re-enter your day-to-day life feeling refreshed and renewed.

Combining yoga and mindfulness quiets the mind and deepens your self-awareness. They both teach you to tune in to your breathing, pay attention to your body's sensations, and accept reality as it is in that moment.

These sessions include:

  • Gentle yoga poses to strengthen awareness of your body
  • Breathing and mindfulness meditation techniques to help you manage daily stress and maintain your emotional and mental balance
  • Other techniques you can take home to continue your overall sense of wellbeing

Wear comfortable loose clothing. Bring a yoga mat and small blanket or cushion for meditation. Chairs will be available.
