Combining yoga and mindfulness quiets the mind and deepens your self-awareness. They both teach you to tune in to your breathing, pay attention to your body's sensations, and accept reality as it is in that moment.
These sessions include:
- Gentle yoga poses to strengthen awareness of your body
- Breathing and mindfulness meditation techniques to help you manage daily stress and maintain your emotional and mental balance
- Other techniques you can take home to continue your overall sense of wellbeing
Wear comfortable loose clothing. Bring a yoga mat and small blanket or cushion for meditation. Chairs will be available.
